I think they are in cahoots--the squirrel distracts you while the groundhog steals the silver! Those pictures of the squirrel are keepers--I especially love the ones in the tree. I can imagine it as a poster with a funny caption.
I always buy too many bagels and then they go stale. Those are the bagels Michael puts out for the squirrels. He even puts peanut butter on them! Then Hazel sits on a stool in the kitchen watching them. Poor little indoor kitty.
That squirrel is very possesive when it comes to bagels!
